International Shipping:

All shipments are handled through reliable courier and postal partners.

3) Delivery Timeframes

  • Minimum Estimated Delivery Time: 7 business days
  • Maximum Estimated Delivery Time: 45 business days

Delivery timelines depend on destination, logistics partners, and customs processes (for international orders).

Synsto is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

4) Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within the committed timeframe. Once shipped, delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers.

We guarantee timely handover of the shipment to the courier service, but final delivery is subject to the courier or postal authority.

5) Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete.

6) Wrong Address Disclaimer

We may not be able to update the address once the order has been processed or shipped.

7) Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the order may be subject to additional shipping or restocking charges.

8) Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier office or authorities.
