Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2008, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. Synsto may opt for arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Corporate Changes

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Synsto’s assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will aim to ensure the acquiring party follows this Privacy Policy, but we cannot guarantee identical practices.
