Account and Data Deletion

Request deletion of your Synsto account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Synsto app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then choose Account Deletion.
  3. Submit your deletion request and confirm the details.

How to Request Data Deletion Only

  1. Open the Synsto app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then choose Data Deletion.
  3. Provide the details for your request and submit.

If You Cannot Access the App

Email us from your registered email address at info@synsto.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your name and registered phone or email.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your Synsto profile and authentication records.
  • Saved addresses, preferences, and app settings.
  • Device records and push notification tokens.
  • Support requests associated with your account.

Retention and Legal Requirements

We may retain certain transaction, tax, or legal records as required by law. If so, the retained records are minimized and protected.

Deletion Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 7 days and may include a short grace period before final removal. If additional verification is required, we will contact you at your registered email or phone.

Canceling a Deletion Request

During the grace period, you can cancel the request from the app settings. Once the grace period ends, deletion is final and cannot be undone.
