Become a Reviewer
Role & Responsibilities
- Critically evaluate manuscripts for originality, relevance, methodology, and clarity.
- Offer constructive, unbiased feedback to authors and editorial teams.
- Ensure submissions comply with ethical, citation, and formatting standards.
- Help identify plagiarism, duplication, or other forms of academic misconduct.
Reviewer Eligibility
- PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of academic or professional publishing/research experience.
- Prior experience in peer review, journal evaluation, or editorial review (preferred).
- Familiarity with research ethics, international publishing guidelines, and scholarly rigor.
How to Apply
- Prepare your latest CV highlighting academic credentials and reviewer/editorial experience.
- Share links to your Google Scholar, Scopus ID, or ORCID (if available).
- Email your application to editorial@synsto.com or info@synsto.com.
- Shortlisted reviewers will be onboarded after a brief review alignment assessment.

All manuscripts shared for review are strictly confidential and subject to Synsto's Reviewer Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We adhere to COPE, ICMJE, and WAME guidelines for ethical reviewing and expect all reviewers to maintain transparency, fairness, and academic integrity.
